		<description><![CDATA[Interesting proposal.  I always love the idea of allowing hybrids to plug back into the grid.  Energy storage is such a big part of the problem, so if people have them anway from their hybrids, why not use them when not in use.  I wish I had more accurate, scientific proof of that idea and technology working.  All I&#039;ve read so far seems to have been hypothetical or in testing.]]></description>
